These Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone wishing to access the Services.

3. Reservations

3.1 The Hotel Website is an intermediate information and reservation platform between the User and the Hotel. Through the website, the visitor has the opportunity to familiarize himself with the types of cottages, prices and availability, as well as make a reservation for the desired number.
3.2. After confirming the reservation, the guest will receive a notification to the e-mail or phone number specified by him.

3.3 If you make reservations for our hotel rooms on our website, this is the personal information that will be collected from you: Identity Data (which includes name, surname or similar identifier),

3.4 Contact Data (which includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone/telephone numbers), Financial Data (which includes your payment card details), Customer Specific Data (which includes your username and password, reservations, purchases or orders you have made, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses), Usage Data (which includes information about how you use our website, products and services), Marketing and Communications Data (which includes your preferences in receiving advertising from us and our third parties).

3.8 Pets are allowed in the hotel

3.9 Quiet hours are defined in the hotel, namely from 23:00 to 09:00, during which noise is not allowed.

4. Cancellation of the order / Refund / Refund

4.1. Payment method
To confirm the reservation, the customer is obliged to pre-pay the full cost of the reservation (100%) via online payment.

4.2. Cancellation of the reservation and refund
The guest can cancel the reservation no later than 10 calendar days before the visit. In this case, the hotel will refund 70% of the paid amount in the same way as the payment was made. The remaining 30% remains with the hotel administration to cover the costs incurred in the cancellation of the reservation.

5. Composition / Content

Any visual and textual material placed on our website is the property of ssns or has permission to be used. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, download, copy or use any of the Content in whole or in part for personal commercial purposes or without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.

7. Analytics

We may use third-party services to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

8. Reports
